Approach to Counseling

Jesse's approach to counseling is modeled largely after Dr. Carl Rogers, creator of Person Centered Therapy. Rogers believed that all people have the power to grow and achieve their life goals through the process of self-actualization.

Similar to how a plant needs light and water to grow, this method of therapy aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to openly process the issues they are currently dealing with in their lives.
